Numerous Birmingham customers are satisfied with our squirrel control service. Read our customer reviews below.
- Rapid response"I rang at 7 in the morning and the technician arrived by quarter past eight. He treated three harbourage points behind the kitchen bin and finished the job before half nine, so the kitchen was completely clear by lunchtime."Priya S.Homeowner · Selly Oak
- Commercial"The EHO inspection was five days away and squirrel activity appeared in the prep kitchen. Pest Control Birmingham sent a team that same evening and they worked through the night, sealing every harbourage point and leaving a signed IPM report on the counter by 6 AM.

The inspector found zero issues when he arrived on the Monday. The commercial pricing was fair and a proper VAT invoice came through the same week. The account manager followed up seven days later to check the monitoring traps, which is exactly the kind of ongoing support a food business needs to stay compliant."Marcus H.Business owner · Digbeth - Fixed quote"The quote over the phone was £92 and that exact amount appeared on the invoice with no extras added. A follow-up visit two weeks later was included in the price, which gave me real confidence that the job was done properly."Daniel O.Homeowner · Edgbaston
- Proofing"The technician walked around the property and mapped every single entry point, from the waste run to the drain cover to a gap behind the boiler. All nine points were sealed the same day and six months later there have been zero sightings.

The proofing ended up costing less than the two repeat call-outs from the previous company. I genuinely wish I had called these people first instead of wasting three months with someone off Facebook who kept saying the problem would sort itself out on its own."Aisha R.Homeowner · Moseley - Discreet"The van was completely unmarked and the technician finished the job in 40 minutes without the upstairs tenants ever knowing anyone had visited. That kind of discretion is exactly what a landlord needs when managing a tenanted property."Rita K.Business owner · Handsworth
- Thorough"Two cheaper firms had already tried and the problem came back both times. The technician from Pest Control Birmingham found the source hiding in a void behind the washing machine on the very first visit and completed the treatment plus a written prevention plan in about 90 minutes.

What made the difference was that he actually explained what was happening and why the previous treatments had failed. Eight months have passed and there have been zero signs of activity anywhere in the property. The written report was detailed enough that the letting agent filed it in the tenancy records. It was worth every penny compared to the two wasted call-outs that came before."Tom B.Homeowner · Sutton Coldfield

Squirrel treatment
A four-stage integrated squirrel pest removal routine. This step includes inspection, targeted squirrel treatment, 48-point structural proofing, and a written follow-up plan. Detailed below.
Our squirrel treatment gets rid of squirrels fast & safe
To get rid of squirrels in Birmingham, we use a methodical, four-stage routine. Click any stage to see what happens on site to inspect, treat, proof and prevent squirrel infestations.
A Inspection & harbourage mapping
Professional inspection tools, monitoring traps, thermal sensors and detection equipment identify squirrel harbourage sites inside wall cavities, under appliances and inside drainage systems.
Typical visit: 45–90 minB Targeted squirrel treatment
Professional-grade treatments target the squirrel population at source. Measurable population reduction within 24–48 hours of application.
C Structural proofing (48-point)
We close the entry points squirrels exploit — door thresholds, pipe collars, drain covers, silicone at wall-to-floor junctions — to block re-entry.
D Follow-up & prevention plan
Written IPM plan covering sanitation, structural vulnerability mapping, and hygiene recommendations for kitchens, drainage and waste storage.
Most Birmingham homes need just one visit to treat squirrel infestations. Businesses benefit from squirrel proofing plans to continually ensure hygiene standards. The standard squirrel removal treatment starts at £80. Rapid response squirrel control starts from £140 (on-site within the hour, full proofing pass included).
